I was listening to a conversation on NPR yesterday morning. They were talking about how some industries like &#039;family owned&#039; furniture stores, remodel contractors, etc. were really seeing a boom in business lately.

Gist of the story was, &quot;if I&#039;m not going to sell my home right now, or I might get laid off soon&quot;... I want to be comfortable at home.</description>
