  1. Nice post and thanks for the info…

    I was listening to a conversation on NPR yesterday morning. They were talking about how some industries like ‘family owned’ furniture stores, remodel contractors, etc. were really seeing a boom in business lately.

    Gist of the story was, “if I’m not going to sell my home right now, or I might get laid off soon”… I want to be comfortable at home.
